What is direct billing?

With direct billing, your insurance company pays us directly in most cases when you purchase prescription eyewear, prescription sunglasses, and/or contact lenses. That way you don't need to apply for reimbursement after you have purchased.

Ask our staff how direct billing can make purchasing eyewear easier, and reduce what you pay out of pocket!

Note: amount covered through direct billing is limited by insurance coverage.

Students
Our student package includes new frames + prescription lenses for an incredibly low price. If you have an extended health plan, we can usually directly bill to it so that you don't have to pay anything out of pocket*!

1) Come in with your valid student card and prescription.
2) Pick your frame.
3) We handle the rest!

Ministry/Disability

We have packages specially made for anyone covered through ministry/disability so that you don't have to pay anything out of pocket*!

1) Come in with your BC Care Card and valid prescription from within 2 years.

2) We will check your eligibility right away.

3) Once you are approved, pick out your frame.
